United We Stand

The victims, survivors, and rescue workers will always
be remembered. Nobody will be able to forget
the Eleventh day of September.

Americans feared for their lives as the fled from
the burning towers. Bin Liden, I just want you
to know, we wont be over powered!

Families were torn apart when husbands, wives,
and children didn't return home from their flights.
Our American soldiers wont give up without a fight!

People's bodies were burnt into dust and sand. Even
though we've lost a lot of lives, we must go on
so UNITED WE STAND!

~Dedicated to the Men and Women who lost and risked their lives
to help those that were injured or lost on September 11, 2001. Victims
will be missed, but never forgotten!~

*I wrote this the week of 9/11, and that was some 10 years ago,
but it still touches my heart. The Anniversary is coming up so
I had to post this one, and it's with the original dedication!

What Happened to the Real Rap Songz?

What's up with today's rap songz? All of it sounds whack. We lost Pac and Bigg, so there is no one to pick up the slack. All these dance songz talking about jerking and racks. You know they don't have nothing to say because they brought in Sponge Bob and his crabby patty stacks. Acting as if they are skateboard fiends, and bragging about being addicted to promethezine. They even attached a cool name, they call it Lean. What happened to rappers like EPMD, Tribe Called Quest, Dougie Fresh and Slick Rick? These new songz got a catchy beat, but they all make me sick. Talking about hitting this girl and that girl on different nights. Does anyone out there who love old hip hop feel my plight? The new rap songz make my ears sore. I want the old hip hop that you could understand the lyrics to sing along to while your grooving on the dance floor. Waka Flocka learned his colors, so he wanted to share that with you. But Waka, it's not just Black and Yel

Sex Therapy

Baby I know you had a long day, so sit back and relax and just know I got you babe. Kick off your shoes and rest a while. You should already know I got something up my sleeve because that's my style. Let me rub your head to relieve some of your stress. You just need to chill and know that I'll take care of all the rest. Your dinner is finished so you can eat. The wine is chilled so that'll make it complete. Your bathwater is running so that you can just soak and clear your head. I'll wash your body so you'll be all ready for bed. I'll dry you off and lay you down. Your love is my ocean and that's where I plan to drown. Pouring warm oil over your body to prepare for a rub down. I know I'm doing the right thing because you just made the ohhh ahhh sound. Rubbing your body down I feel all the tenseness go away. Your so relaxed that a moan is all you can say. You turn over so that I can straddle your lap. You just gave me th

Solitude

My eyes have seen the face of pain. Wondering will my tears stop the rain. Going out of my mind and trying to stay sane. Out of breath as the sweat hits my lip. There's a cup of happiness can I at least take a sip? Drinking it all up without even a drip. Power is at the end of my finger tips. In my imagination struggling is my chain and whips. Trying to embrace my true calling and get a grip. In dier need of strength. Stretching it out in wide width, and get it in my hands and not just at arms length. My mind is my solitary confinement. Stuck in my thoughts trying to read the fine print. Hoping God will forgive me for not completing my last assignment.
